The User expressly consents to its data being collected by WassapCreators in the following circumstances:

• The creation of a Customer Area;
• The completion of a service for WassapCreators;
• The completion of a service for WassapCreator's users;
• The completion of a Transaction;
• The transfer of funds from the Electronic Money Carrier;
• The procedure for the amicable resolution of disputes.

The User expressly and unreservedly agrees that his personal data will be used by WassapCreators for the following purposes:
