As a buyer, you can be rest assured of not getting scammed and also getting exact value &
fulfillment for your payment.
You pay; we hold the funds; you confirm the transaction as successful/complete; then we release the funds to the seller.
Here's how we protect you; when making a payment, you will be required to set an “Escrow time”. protect you by holding your payment within the set escrow time duration.
Escrow time is the duration which purpose of payment is expected to have been fulfilled/delivered.
During this escrow time you can Confirm the transaction or request a refund
Here's a scenario:
Mr Bayo wants to buy a dress from a seller, and the seller's fulfillment/delivery time is 3 - 4 days.
Mr. Bayo will set his escrow time at 5 days, which means the transaction should have been completed before 5 days and Mr. Bayo should be able to make a decision on whether the transaction is successful or he wants a refund.
If the dress is delivered and Mr. Bayo is happy, he simply confirms the payment as successful and the funds will instantly be released to the seller.
If the dress is not delivered, Mr. Bayo can either increase the escrow time if he is willing to wait longer or cancel and request a refund if he is no longer interested.
If the dress is delivered but not the same as described, Mr. Bayo can create a dispute and request a full refund or part refund.
If Mr. Bayo doesn't take any action and the escrow time elapses, the transaction is automaically marked as completed and the payment released to the seller.
